With an already crowed digital colour copier market, Lanier needed a campaign that would create brand awareness and go straight to the top of the consideration list for businesses in the market for a copier system. Research showed that in the work place copiers are associated with a lot of frustration and negative emotion due to the fact that they are prone to breakdown and unreliability. Backed by competitive pricing and a superior after sales service program, we decided to flip this perception around by creating the ‘Love Lanier’ campaign because their copiers proved to be a reliable, quiet-achiever making them a valuable and loved member to any work team.
